My Mission

My name is Hooshmand Nightingale but everyone just calls me Hoosh. I am a father, Emergency Medicine Physican, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend. I have loved each role so far. At heart I am just a simple island boy who has been continually blessed. Has it been easy? My honest answer is NO. Has it been worth it? My honest answer is, Hell YES! Am I done with my journey called LIFE? My honest answer is HELL NO! You don’t have to believe me, just watch me!

The MISSION of HigherLevelz is to help others, specifically fathers with a strong moral compass who are family centric to be their best selves at home and in public. My goal has always been to build a home that is warm, safe, loving and nurturing so that when we come home we are replenished to fight that good fight and do it all over again.

Now more than ever we need things in our life that truly provide us with a sense of CALM and SECURITY to enable us to be the best versions of ourselves. My hope is that by sharing my journey, it will enable others to avoid potential potholes in love and life and to give a usable guide that I wished others had shared with me much sooner in life on Relationships and Love, Tech, Health and Fitness and Food. As I mentioned I am a board certified Emergency Physician who loves helping others. Am I a Cook? Life Coach? or Tech Guru? Hell NO. I am however cursed with a deep desire to give back and help others. So with that lets go! We all have a beast within. My sincere wish is that HigherLevelz.com will be the nidus to give Birth of a Beast within all of us.
